Shraddha Declines Priyanka's Debut Production

Priyanka Chopra was to make her debut as a producer with Madamji. While that did not work out, the actress is ready with the script of her first production that has been written by the screenplay writers of Queen.
A few days ago, she approached Shraddha to play the lead role. The actress-turned-producer felt that the Haider actress would be a perfect fit for the role.
Not just that, Priyanka and Shraddha share a warm friendship. In fact, Shraddha also attended Priyanka-Kangana Ranaut’s joint bash held recently. The actresses even posted a selfie together post the bash. Given their equation and the interesting storyline, Priyanka was sure that Shraddha would happily give her nod.
Unfortunately, she was in for a rude shock. Shraddha turned down the film.
A source told SpotboyE.com, “It was a woman-centric film, so obviously Shraddhas role was meaty. However, Shraddha declined the offer politely. She does not want to do such films at this juncture in her career.”
Now, Priyanka is on the lookout for another actress.
We wonder if this rejection will strain their equation.
